In keeping with GCG’s commitment to provide valuable insight at each stage of the administration process, Ms. Mendoza consults with clients to tailor program design and administration strategies that achieve their project goals in efficient and cost-effective ways.
Prior to joining GCG, Ms. Mendoza was senior counsel for Bernstein Litowitz Berger & Grossmann (BLB&G), where for nearly 15 years she litigated some of the firm’s most notable class action, securities fraud and complex commercial cases. As counsel in several high-profile and ground-breaking matters, she helped secure more than one billion dollars in recoveries, and worked closely with GCG’s team in the administration of many of those settlements. Her distinguished career includes representing plaintiffs and defendants in commercial and employment litigation in both Hawaii and California, and serving as a judicial law clerk in the United States District Court for the District of Oregon.
Ms. Mendoza draws on her unique perspective and class action expertise to identify development opportunities and design and execute comprehensive proposal strategies. In doing so, she cultivates strong and cooperative relationships with GCG’s clients and partners, both in the U.S. and internationally.
