Ms. Sternberg is known for being a “go to” project manager who has successfully navigated complex data issues to efficiently disseminate notice to the class, and ultimately direct benefits to verified class members. Among other settlements, she is currently managing the internationally reaching Canadian Air Cargo Shipping Antitrust Settlements, the Canadian National Foreign Exchange Class Action, and the 3.0L Volkswagen TDI Warranty Refund Program.
Ms. Sternberg joined GCG in 2013 to work on the $3.4 billion Cobell v. Salazar – Indian Trust Settlement. She was quickly identified as a natural leader and became instrumental in supporting many special projects on the Indian Trust Settlement, including being a key member of the on-the-ground outreach group that traveled around the United States and worked directly with settlement class members as well as collaborated with government agency offices to identify contact data and facilitate payment to class members. She has extensive experience managing settlements that require complex analysis to determine class eligibility, calculate benefits, and provide clear and useful reporting to her clients.
